Outsourcing… let’s talk about it.

Don’t be scared to spend money where it is beneficial and makes sense.

It’s ok to buy back your time. It means you are SCALING, not FAILING (some people think that if you can’t do it all that you have failed).

It might be time to outsource if…

  1. you are bottlenecked in your business, and the bottleneck is YOU

  2. you spend significantly more time working IN your business than ON it, thus hindering growth

  3. you aren’t able to scale due to a lack of time

  4. there are a few key pain points in your workflow (i.e. tasks that just drain you every time)

  5. you could be making more $ per hour than you would be spending (or if paying the money is worth the extra peace)

Examples of outsourcing (business):

  • Virtual assistant

  • In person assistant

  • Social media manager

  • Part time administrator

  • Graphic designer

Examples of outsourcing (personal- which can also greatly affect business!!)

  • Cleaning service

  • Personal assistant to perform tasks or task rabbit

  • Ordering groceries online

  • Paying for convenience (i.e. wifi on airplanes, parking closer to a venue, etc.)
